Shelter Secure is a product of Flight Tower Publishing LLC ("we," "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you visit sheltersecurenow.com, use the free Shelter Scan and Starter Kit, sign up for our emails, purchase our products, or use the Shelter Secure portal at app.sheltersecurenow.com.
Information we collect
- Information you provide: such as your name and email address when you sign up for the Starter Kit or updates, or contact us.
- Purchase information: when you buy the Grid-Adjacent course, the Shelter Report System or the bundle, checkout is handled by our payment providers. We receive your name, email address and order details. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Portal information: if you use the Shelter Report System, we store the answers you enter about your household and property, such as the property address, household makeup, estimated income, housing costs, debts, savings and essential systems, so we can generate and keep your reports. The portal asks for labels and estimates only (for example, "Savings One"), not account numbers, employer or bank names, or documents.
- Bonus or gift report information: if you use your bonus report for someone else, we receive the email address you provide for that person so we can invite them.
- Automatically collected data: basic technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and approximate location, which may be collected through standard logs and analytics.
Tools that stay on your device
The free Shelter Scan runs in your browser and does not send your answers to us. The free Starter Kit tools save your entries on your own device, in your browser, so you can come back to them. We do not receive what you type into them unless you choose to send it to us.
How we use your information
- Deliver your Starter Kit, course access, portal account and reports
- Send requested resources, updates and product announcements, including news about upcoming Shelter Secure services
- Provide customer support
- Improve our site, tools and content
- Maintain security and prevent fraud or misuse

If you sign up, you may receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us at the address below. Account and purchase emails, such as your portal invitation, are sent as part of delivering what you bought.
Sharing of information
We share information only with service providers that help us run Shelter Secure, such as website hosting, email delivery, course delivery, portal and database hosting, analytics and payment processing. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your household answers with lenders, insurers or other third parties for their own marketing.
