Refund Policy

What's covered

• Grid-Adjacent course ($67): full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Shelter Report System ($179): full refund within 14 days of purchase. The bonus report that came with your purchase is cancelled too, whether or not it has been used or given to someone else.
• Grid-Adjacent + Shelter Report bundle ($199): full refund of the bundle within 14 days of purchase. The bundle is refunded as a whole, and both the course and the Shelter Report System, including the bonus report, are cancelled.
• Free tools: the Shelter Scan and Starter Kit are free, so there is nothing to refund.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@sheltersecurenow.com within 14 days of your purchase, from the email address you used to buy, or include your order details. You don't need to give a reason, though we're always glad to hear how we could do better.

What happens next

• Your refund is issued to your original payment method through our payment processor. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
• Access to the refunded product ends: course access for the course, and portal access to your reports for the Shelter Report System.

After 14 days

After the 14-day period, all sales are final, except where a refund is required by law.

Misuse

Accounts suspended for breaking the Shelter Secure terms of use, such as reselling reports or preparing reports for other people beyond the one bonus report included with your purchase, are not eligible for a refund.
